I started this group so I could workout with my son and share my knowledge with other moms. This is an Outdoor Stroller fitness class during the summer months, and an indoor mom and baby class during the winter months. (Ages 0 - 2 years welcome) All moms and babies welcome, must be 6 -8 weeks post partum with doctors approval.
Throughout the year The Arthritis Society provides great educational programs to help people manage their arthritis and encourages them to walk, run, bicycle and do exercies to keep their joints working.
